The Triangle Bailliage of The Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is excited to kick of the 2020 season with a 5-course tasting experience with Chef/Owner Brandon Sharp at Hawthorne & Wood in Chapel Hill.
Hawthorne & Wood’s Chef-Owner, Brandon Sharp, grew up in Greensboro, NC and attended UNC-Chapel Hill. He spent the next twenty years cooking in New Orleans, San Francisco, New York, and northern California, earning seven consecutive Michelin stars as Executive Chef of Solbar in Napa Valley from the years 2010-2016. Brandon and his family returned to Chapel Hill in the fall of 2016.
Hawthorne & Wood prides themselves on their clear, bright, and stimulating cuisine which gives a fresh turn to local ingredients.
The Cost for the Dinner will be:
$175 for Chaîne members
$165 for Chaîne members sans alcohol
$190 for Guests of Chaîne members.
Seating for this event is limited to 44, so registration is open for only Members and their guests until Friday, December 27th. After the 27th, we will open registration to potential members and friends of the Triangle Bailliage. Please reserve early to ensure a space. We ask that you make us aware of any dietary restrictions before the event. Please make arrangements to safely arrive and depart the event as alcohol will be served and your safety is our priority.
